Michelle Erich is available, at no charge, to speak to the staff and volunteers at social services organizations, pregnancy testing facilities, maternity homes, and teen pregnancy programs throughout California. Our attorneys are also asked to speak to legal professionals on topics relating to adoption.

Michelle Erich devoted her law practice primarily to adoption law. She had observed the dramatic need for adoption services, in particular for house calls, while serving as legal counsel for the Board of Directors of the Ventura County Crisis Pregnancy Center. child are at issue, such as child custody, emancipation, parental rights, and
domestic violence, are handled by the firm.
Estate Planning/Wills & Trusts: Our firm has served our clients in these areas since 1979. Most adoptive parents are interested in providing future protection for their families such as guardians for minor children and the financial means to live comfortably and accomplish specified life goals, such as a college education. Most often a Family Trust is created to provide for the welfare of the minor children.
